The listing includes both Part A and Part B.
Bi Plasma 3D is the evolution of Plasma 3D, offering an even more durable, moldable, and high-performance decorative finish for interior applications. This two-component system (Part A & Part B) is made from special synthetic resins, additives, and inert charges, making it exceptionally resistant to wear and impact.
With limitless creative potential, Bi Plasma 3D allows you to achieve a wide range of textures and effects, depending on the tools used.
Versatile Design Possibilities
- Textured Patterns – Use Marmorino Tools rollers (Viper, Snake, Crocodile) for unique decorative effects.
- Wood Effect – Achieve a realistic grain finish with specialized wood-effect tools.
- Trowel Finishes – Create marble, granite, and multitone effects with a smooth, refined look.
Coverage & Base Options
- Yield: 3m² per kg (based on 2 coats).
- Bases: Light Base (P/T) & Dark Base (D/A) with added Part B hardener.
- Color Selection: Choose your base depending on the final color you wish to achieve.
How to Apply Bi Plasma 3D:
Surface Preparation
- Prime the walls with Intermediall Primer.
- For newly plastered walls, first apply P3D Wall Primer before the Intermediall Primer.
- If incorporating veining effects, sketch your design beforehand for precision.
Mixing Bi Plasma 3D
- Only mix when ready to apply (pot life is 2 hours before it starts hardening).
- If stored airtight, the mixture remains usable for up to 24 hours.
- Mixing ratio: 1kg of Part A to 100g of Part B (10%).
Application by Trowel
- First Coat – Apply in an even direction with a trowel, ensuring full surface coverage without excess thickness.
- Drying Time – Allow 4 to 6 hours before sanding with 400-grit sandpaper.
- Second Coat – Apply using the same technique.
- Curing Time – Leave to fully cure for 24 hours (temperature-dependent).
Sanding for a High-End Finish
- After curing, sand progressively using 400, 800, 1000, 2000 grit sandpaper (using backing pads).
- Remove backing pad and continue sanding with 3000 & 6000-grit 3M Trizact for an ultra-smooth finish.
Note: If using Microvetro Bi sealer, stop sanding at 1000 grit.
Alternative Application – Spraying
- Thin Bi Plasma 3D with 5% water.
- Use a 2.5 tip and a large sprayer for an even spray application.
Final Sealing & Protection
- Apply a wax sealer for enhanced protection and sheen.
- For high-traffic or moisture-prone areas, use Microvetro Bi sealer.
Bi Plasma 3D is the perfect solution for those seeking high-end decorative finishes with increased durability and versatility. Whether you prefer bold textures, elegant veining, or smooth marble effects, this next-generation product provides professional-grade results with unmatched creative flexibility.
