In 2016 after being introduced to the decorative plaster market I was blown away by the range of exciting and endless finishes that can be produced. And knew this was my next venture.
Myself and Julie were both growing tired of the repetitive work day in day out of our previous jobs and after having a bad experience of purchasing products I realised there was a gap in the market that we could fill, since than we have expanded each year and have become the sole distributors for two Italian companies-
Marmorino Tools- we are the ONLY UK Stockist of Marmorino tools supplying the uk and Ireland with the finest Trowels, stencils and decorative finishing Tool’s which are world renowned. We have the popular range of “Exotic Trowels” which have been created by Master Gian Carlos Sagasti, who is the face of Marmorino Tools. And has a worldwide presence on social media and youtube.
Loggia products – Again proud to be the ONLY UK stockist of loggia industria vernici products which are used worldwide for creating bespoke finishes in homes as well as workplaces, their products range from liquid Metal’s, marmorino’s, metallic finishes as well as the popular Plasma range that is the first of its kind on the uk market for being so versatile which you can apply on all surfaces and be completely waterproof!!
As we have grown in reputation we also wanted to create a Venetian Plaster Training Centre for the North West area

Speaking from personal experience you will find that with some of the other training providers once you’ve done the course, you’re on your own & they’re not so interested if questions or problems arise, this was one of the areas we were very keen to differentiate in & ensure our applicators receive a great after care service.
The Venetian Polished Plastering Training Team
We would like to introduce the team, firstly is Julie & paul (husband and wife) who have worked hard and continue to work together on updating and being the best training academy for the Uk applicators.
Paul who has had experience in the building trade for over 20 years decided on this move into venetian plaster 5 years ago and has not looked back! Paul has a real passion for venetian plaster finishes and has a flare for training. “I want to guide people in the right direction and to help grow their business, along with teaching and supplying them with all the information they need to understand and have the confidence to apply these finishes by themselves”.
Julie is behind the scenes mostly, keeping track of the computer work, email’s and taking order’s and is also on hand to help with any questions you guys have about products, application, training courses.
Callum has been with Italiano Stucco for almost a year now and has become a quick learner and passionate about the Decorative finishes, and has become a firm favourite with people who have attended the courses so far. Callum is always present on the training courses, helping out and teaching certain areas and keeping the place running smoothly.
Dave who has been with us for 6 months now has fitted in well with our team, he is head of the stock room and processing everyones orders coming in. He is efficient, friendly…..what more could you ask for !!
Reggie – who is the newest Member to Italiano Stucco family. He is Still learning the ropes mind, can be found wondering around the place…..and happy to greet everyone ! Not much use in helping run the place, but can be found behind Julie’s desk asleep ! he is our Rhodesian Ridgeback 🙂
Our Facilities
At Italiano stucco we have ample parking spaces in our car park, to find us drive onto flooring uk car park and keep to the left where you will see our sign, we are situated through the gate.
The showroom has plenty of loggia products on display to help give you visual’s of what these finishes will look like on a bigger scale and not just a sample board. We have applied monolith microcement to the floor and centre table and volare (medium marmorino) to the walls, hung on the wall’s around the showroom are a selection of finishes showcasing bi plasma 3D, plasma 3D, kymera rust, to name a few, that our master applicators have created when they came over for our master classes. We also have a selection of smaller samples to showcase different finishes/colours.
When you attend a Venetian Plastering Course we have tea and coffee facilities which you can help yourself to in the kitchen area as well as fruit, and a few snacks/goodies to keep you going!
In the training room we have 10 custom built booth’s that you will practise in, also with the coronavirus situation you have your own safe space to work in, and masks and hand sanitizer on display in the training room at all times.
